Sanding

Manual sanding has become a classic technology of glass decorating. We often use it for logos, dedication signs and surface matting. The preparation of each motif is demanding. It involves PC preparation, cutting on a plotter, sticking the motif onto to glass and peeling off the details. The sanding itself is a procedure of blasting the glass piece with compressed air mixed with abrasive material or glass sand. When the covering foil is removed, the motif remains on the glass forever. It never fades out, washes away or peels off.
